What does the kit do that switching 2 wires does and doesn't cost anything? Just wondering...not trying to be "smart".
Has anyone tried using the 4" aztec headlight kit that mounts to the forks on a buell xbs model in order to have both hi and low beams running at the same time?

not all bikes are the same, I have an '03 9s and the dual lights on high doesn't work, tried it twice and failed twice
yea works on 99.9% of buells....we are in that .01% that doesnt work...this kit also allows dual low beams when in low and dual hi beams when in high
Interesting I have an 03 and it worked. Took me a lot longer cuz I broke a wire pulling the pin so I made new ones. Wish I could help.
If you do the wiring correctly it will work ;) I had also hooked up a secondary light kit to my bike off of the fender mounts which was great for the added light.
followed the link, watched the youtube vid...switched the two wires, fully enaged male to female pins and connector, both lights would come then the low beam would go out. checked the bulb, it was fine...switched the wires back to original position and it works flawlessly
madisonm55...what site are you looking at on those lights? having dual high and low beams, now I'm really interested
I also have an '03 9s and it worked on mine as well.
...and no answer for the OP
This looks interesting. Something like this in an HID version with hi & lo bean in both lights would probably be popular!
