    Spark plugs

    Do you recomend the original harley spark plugs or should I go with a different brand

    NGK iridium plugs in heat range 8 or 9 are commonly recommended. I would suggest you do a little searching. All of these questions you are asking in every thread you start are right here in the forum.

    NGK DCPR8EIX works great (#6546 if you go to an auto parts store and ask about them). A lot of people think they should go 1 step colder and use a 9 heat range, but I dont agree. Stick with stock heat range unless you're adding forced induction or raising the compression.

    Ok cool it is stock and has the harley 10r12a in it now

    Thats correct. Different manufacturers use a different number scale for heat range. The stock 10r12a is equivalent to the NGK dcpr8e. I recommend adding the ix suffix to get the iridium version.

    Awsome the more I can stay away from the dealer the better and I already use ngk in everything I drive or push so I am already brand loyal

    This helps me as ell. I need to do plugs and my other vehicle doesn't even have spark plugs...
