I paid 3500 for my 03 XB9S with a carbon fiber jardine, all carbon fiber covers,shields and fenders, brand new tires, dobeck controller, k&n with 10k miles and very clean. Not trying to knock you down by any means, just giving you an idea.

your price is fair for it being stock, mileage isn't bad at all, if you have the stock mirrors put 'em on or state you have 'em. someone will appreciate having the stock parts. good luck with getting her sold
