There is actually another ride on the other side of the province that is coined as the "mini Cabot Trail" on the northwestern side of Nova Scotia closest to New Brunswick

i know that area somewhat that you speak of. my last trip up your way was in late July/2007 and actually saw swimmers and sun-bathers on one part of the beach where the gulf stream kisses a small part of NS. water was as warm as South Jersey beaches in the summertime. NS truly is marvelous.
