Just order new rubbers from any Harley/Buell dealer.
Call your local Harley shop, if they don't sell Buell parts, they can probably tell you who does.
I just bought a 2001 Blast yesterday, and the seller said that when it rains, water will leak into the gas tank. He also said this was common to Buell from what he read in a forum. This sounds like crap to me. I haven't been able to find anything, but I also believe I should be able to fix this fairly easily. Thoughts?

Thanks. I'll check them out.
My cap always leaks in the rain, even with a brand new gasket.
It's just a bad design. The cap looks cool, but the concave shape collects water and drains it right into the tank.
I carry a large plastic bag with me to cover the tank if I park it in the rain. It stays in place if I tuck the edges up under the tank cover and the front of the seat.
