    Can a ecm from a 2003 xb9r be used for a 2004 xb12r motor or are they different? I am swapping out the 9 motor for a 12. Thanks;)

    As far as mapping would go yes definitely! Your going to need way more fuel for that 1203!

    The hardware is the same. The configuration in the EEPROM is not. You would need to have the ECM flashed to XB12 spec prior to use.
