How do I disassemble the ignition? I need to get the ignition cylinder out of the ignition housing, so I can swap them (did an R to S front end swap).

The ignition assembly is already off the bike. I need to swich the lock cylinder out of the ignition itself....

There should just be two little screws on the bottom of the cylinder to change out the lock cylinders then man ...

I am gathering parts to do same swap. Where are you going to mount key switch when done. I am staying with bolt fairing if I can. So far looks like lightning bars will clear windshield. I am looking for ideas on mounting key.

Did this get figured out? I'm doing an S to R swap right now and would like to just swap the ignition switch internals as well (tumbler assembly) if it's possible.
