I have an leak of something nearthe gear Shifter any help its comeing for the three scews

sounds like maybe a poor seat or damaged gasket perhaps on the primary inspection/clutch cover.. my '06Ss did this for a while. my gasket was old and not seated correctly from when i re-installed it. they are still available at some dealers and if not i think i seen them on buellparts.. not that much either.

Just buy a new gasket or reseat the old one to see if it fixed the problem. It's a cheap fix.

I had the same issue recently with my bolt every time I let it sit for a while I would notice a little fluid under the primary. I just had the primary gasket and seals replaced and what do you know, No more leaking.

So get new gaskit and take off cover then replace am i going to need to get new fluid

You need a new clutch inspection cover gasket like thrstrmech said

no oil change required but it depends on how long it's been since you changed it last. And don't over-torque those screws when you put it back on. GL

edit: Looks like your primary chain inspection cover is weeping also, might as well change that one too and check the adjustment while you're in there
