It does have some scrapes from 1 or 2 gravel naps and my boots have spots worn on the peg mounts. Plus there is a small ding on the front wheel, but it holds air fine and doesn't vibrate at all.

hi, is the Uly pegs and mounts a direct fit or do you need to do some modding to your original SS?

You need the drop bracket for the shifter, Uly pegs (they're narrower at the pivot point than the Lightning pegs) and a Uly rear brake line (it has a different bend at the master cylinder banjo bolt).
I reused and modded my Ss master cylinder by drilling out the bolt holes.

im looking at doing this as i dont really like the SS passenger drop frame peg mount.
