    i have 2200 miles on my bike and have a chance to go on a 7 hour round trip reading 13.8 v with just the harness fix should i go please advise thanks....

    as with all things currently encapsulating mechanics and electronics....."it should be ok" but there is no true way to tell when that diode or resistor is gonna pop.....but id say go for it and punch it!

    Just went to the harley dealer by my house to get a battery told him what i had 09 1125r he said what's that!!i looked at him and said really...turned around and walked out..Thing i love about harley's is they all look the same.Wait their's the xr-750.LOL.Going to the Mile in the morning..:D
