Hello all,
I own a 2004 buell xb12r, this is my second bike I have owned. My first bike was a 2000 m2 cyclone and I loved that bike but some things came up so I had to sell it. The good news is that I had sold it to my good friend and we ride together now all the time. They are a blast.... urm I mean fun bike to ride.
My mods are breather reroute, modified air box, and a home made exhaust using the factory can.
Appearance: Powder coated rims, self painted plastics, trimed windscreen, and a few leds.
Lately ive been having an issue that if I blip the throttle with the clutch in it acts like its wants to die but as long as its off of idle It revs fine all the time. also sometimes when I snap the throttle off of idle it will pop and airbox sounds like its trying to fly out. I have done a tps reset but to no avail. I feel that it runs to lean off of idle and that is causing this. if anyone has any advise please point me in the right direction.
now on to the pictures
oh yeah I guess I am rough on my old girl
my kill list of parts,
belt broke at 8k miles
rear engine mount snaped
wheel bearings spun
oil lines leaked
clutch cable snapped
oil cooler ends stripped thanks to PO
and on
and on
