big bore kit

So I might have a lil extra cash soon and have been kicking around the idea of the 1190 big bore kit. Anyone done it? Any thoughts yall?

Is your idea for a bigger bore or a longer stroke?

Is there a vendor offering that, or would you do it yourself?

I am in line to get the kit once a few things fall into place. Theres a guy on badweb with the kit on. Cant remember his screen name though. Dave????? Dave something lol. Theres videos on YouTube too. Just search "bay area racing 1125r"

+30 hp over what he started with, but it's also adding a full race exhaust in the mix, so it's not apples to apples for comparison. At any rate, he's making 150 hp at the wheel now and says it's hard to launch.

I'm not that concerned with the launch, I want the 3rd & 4th gear torque range to feel more like second while still keeping the belt drive. Also, I've got to tear down and adjust the valves this fall so why not have my own 1190 for the price of a blast
