Every time i start up my bike, the sound of the fuel pump priming reminds me of the first note of house of pain's song "jump around". Any one else hear this too or am i nuts.

not familiar with that pump sound or that band but i must say that when the stock battery on my 2007 Uly was on death-row the bike sounded like the first 5 seconds of Motley Crue's Dr. FeelGood when trying to start.
I don't hear any song, but my heart starts thumpin' in anticipation of getting those big jugs a jigglin'! :D
I'm sure the pump is fine, all fuel pumps make a noise when they prime. Some are just more distinct than others. And if my bike sounded like dr feel-good, i'd rock it like a boss.
Every time i turn on my bike i actually end up riding with the song i mentioned in my head. At least i know now that i'm just crazy.
Speaking of fuel pump noise.
I noticed a high pitch sound, like a humming, coming from there (fuel pump) while the bike is running. First noticed yesterday.
I assume it is not normal because I never heard it before?
