    i went to meet the guy and he called. Said it has sat for 2 months and clutch fluid was all over the garage floor and wont be able to meet me. I guess thats the clutch weep?

    Yep but don't be afraid if its a 08 its a cheap easy fix. (its just as cheap and easy on other years) but but the electrical issues could set you back on other years

    All over the floor? It should only weep while you are actuating the slave. It seems to me from the way these are put together that the only way that would happen would be if there was nothing there sealing anything at all. As in he tried to fix it and royally screwed the pooch. This only my opinion, take it as seriously as you choose.

    It is an easy fix though, just need a special tool or some channel locks and a set of hex and socket wrenches.
