JustinMT, White and Hero Blue is wicked cool IMHO as u mentioned but I also like black, just bought a black cover and the orange black white OEM American Motorcycles emblems. Will do black some as well, my vrod is black and ultra as well. It may be harder to clean but black is just meant to be on a Harley. I love my Buell, best most fun ride ever owned.
Oh9, that CR looks good with the white wheels ! But, I don't think I want to mess with my amber wheels .... If I would do something to my wheels it would be something like this ....
But I don't know if it would look good with a red bike. I know I really like how it looks on a black bike ! :D

After around 10 hours of work, MAN it was rusted under the wrap !

Finishing up polishing up my headers as wel! What grit did you sand up to? I am at 1200 going up to 2k
Oh I stopped at 280 grit with WD-40 and then polished it with fine polishing paste with a drill and polishing pad. Clear has a mirroir !
It has a couple of flaws here and there but considering with what I started with, I'am very happy with the results. It was so corroted by places that I had to start with a grinder with grinding stones or 80 grit to get rid of the deep rust.
Damn that looks good at 280 maybe I should stop sanding lol.
Exact reason why I'd never wrap my headers! But DAMN does that polish job look amazing! I'm going to redo mine this spring as well!
