The other day I really dropped the hammer on first and second gear, I swear the G-forces were enough to distort my vision like I was looking through toilet paper tubes for a second. I never really noticed it before... was that my imagination or did the Gs get me?

I can notice the same feeling if I am dehydrated/hungover. Feels like the bike is way faster. Only experienced it a few times. My peripheral view blurs at much lower speeds than it normally would

must have something to do with blood pressure maybe? I got real low blood pressure readings for my age.. causes the blood to flow out of my eyeballs under acceleration or something?

but seriously Ive accelerated much faster than that without any side affects. You might want to talk to your doctor.

could be.. I just noticed some blurring around the edges like 2004 said.. I had to strain my eyes to keep focused on the road.. it only lasted for like a second or two..

Do you have sinus problems? Or a sinus cold?

When I got older I developed sinus problems. Which have had a direct affect of causing my equilibrium to out of balance. Especially when I make sudden movements. It causes light headedness and blurred vision sometimes. Have experienced it on the motorcycle when my med's are low. Not fun...

**** yeah I got chronic sinus problems going back to when I was 14... every few years Ill look down, hear a pop and a bunch of **** that looks just like popcorn butter will flow out like a bloody nose.. there is nothing they can do for it though.. they said its just the kind of sinuses I was born with..

that's a good idea, I never thought that my sinuses could be related to that.. its a possibility .. my balance is ok though. I have not noticed any problems with that. Thanks Disturbed, you could be right.

Kinda know what you mean. Bananas and baked beans will give me a sudden burst of acceleration and I have to close one eye to keep from seeing double. At those times my sinuses are only affected when I'm sitting still. And I don't have to be riding.
