All the XBs run narrow band O2, you can install a wide band but it is not plug and play.
I believe my bike 08 xb12xt is a narrow band 02 sensor. Can or is there a way to upgrade to a wide band 02? If so is it plug and play or is that only for a power commander 5 auto tune deal?

Yes, you can "upgrade" to a wideband setup, most of them have a narrow band output that can be sent to the ecm. I did exactly that on both of my bikes, 2 different types of wideband setups. One is by PLX Devices, the other is from Innovate (MTX-L's if you're curious) and both do the job.I believe my bike 08 xb12xt is a narrow band 02 sensor. I'd recommend the MTX-L setup, simply because it's cheaper and has a fairly large and easy to read display. You do have the option of data logging from either one, but it's more of a stand alone deal, not something that can be used with Ecmspy or Tuner-Pro. It will get you MUCH closer to the results you want if you know what you're doing and what a/f ratio you need. Data logging with narrow band will never be perfect, wideband will get you better results when done right.
I know EXACTLY what mine is doing now.
Dean,
Are the two gauges for front/rear?
Left side is front, right is for the rear.
