Just bought an xb12ss dark and want to raise bars by an inch. I also would like slightly thicker gauge black bars and aluminum grips. If I can get the switchgear wiring through the bars then all the better!, I am also going to drop the forks through the yokes by an inch. Perhaps a CNC top yoke anodized black May be the way forward? Any ideas? It's my first Buell and I am in awe of it....

incredibly bad idea if you actually intend on riding it. you'll be decreasing the trail measurements which were purposely increased when the S-long was originally designed.
