Hope I can find an IAC. No luck yet.
factory OEM part # is P0282.5AA. for the IAC complete servo unit. i keep them in stock for board members if needed as NLA listing with H-D/Buell. $100 plus a bit of freight. send me mail if you want one.

Go ahead and throw parts at it, it's your money, but an IAC can NOT make the throttle blade stick open.
Everyone you are asking for help is telling you it's the cables or re-assembly issues. You replied 'they appear to be free'. I don't think you have actually taken them off.
Take off the throttle cable connections at the TB. Take off the throttle cable connections at the TB. Take off the throttle cable connections at the TB. Still stuck?
If not stuck anymore... Then take off the cable connections at the handlebar. Then take off the cable connections at the handlebar. Then take off the cable connections at the handlebar. By taking apart the switch housing they go into. (My guess is bad cables or jammed in that switch housing)
If still stuck.. Take off the TPS. Still stuck?
If no... the TPS arm should move smoothly, replace if not.
If Yes... manipulate the butterfly by hand. still stuck? Clean it or replace it

Have you installed the Bosch 12014? How does it fit comparing with the original O2 sensor? Have you had problems with the Bosch 12014?
