Sorry for multiple post but this bike is turning into much bigger project lol. Before I dropped my motor I had to do a shifter pawl adjustment and replace my detent clip. I put it all back together and the bike was 100%. Rode it and those rear motor mount bolt head broke and I dropped the motor to fix it. I have the motor in with spark and I'd start the bike and had grinding noise from the primary. The clutch would get extreme play after a few minutes and wouldn't grab and now the chain is smacking. I tried adjusting in and no luck. Now I have the primary cover off again and it all looks ok any ideas

Take a really close look at the primary chain slider ... and also at the clutch plates/throwout bearing ... That's about the most specific help I can suggest with general information...

    J Pamp,

Could you be a little more specific "the slip ring was bent out"?

    Thank You
