This is an 05 Buell XB9S Lightning
Crash cage around the frame
An added rear brake under the clutch
23xxx miles on it. I also have the service manual
Installed new exhaust and headers not too long ago
Always had service done at Harley shop
Don't want to let it go but not in position to keep
Asking $4300

completely agree. considering i just bought an 06 xb12s with 7xxx miles for 4250. and that was still 250.00 above blue book.

I would be weary of anything with a crash cage, that means they were doing **** that they figured would make them crash.

The rear pegs, crash cage, extra rear brake and foot hole in the seat are dead giveaways that this was used to stunt. I would only advise buying this bike if you love punishment and want to drop a ton of money into fixing everything that comes along with the abuse its more than likely suffered at the hands of the PO.

Anyways, not a great find, or even a good find, but I suppose it still qualifies as a find...

That is odd that they'd go through all the other work and not bother with putting a chain drive or one of those sprockets bigger than the rear wheel on it.
