Thread: Dan's intake tweak

    I have dans intake kit with the catch can. I felt it needed these elbows. Did anyone else have issues with the hose routing? Not dogging the kit, its a great setup and I love it but I had to tweak it to satisfy my OCD. Crappy phone pics sorry.

    Did I Send you the instruction on the hose routing?
    I've had customers put the 90 degree fitting in before but how do you have the front hose off the pvc on the head routed?

    Well the first thing I see wrong in the pic is you have the hose on the backside of the catch can going into the trans vent.
    That's not right should go into a hose with a drain plug on the end of it.

    The way you have it now the gunk coming out of the pvc from the head is going to dump in your transmission not good idea.

    Did not come with instructions. Just parts :/ this makes more sense now. PVC is ran on the left side but was rubbing on the fins
