Thread: Not the plugs, it's the front cylinder

  1. #1
So thought my plugs were fouled and figured i'd let the dealer handle it since i've been so swamped at work. Tech took it out to diagnose and i have been told that the front cylinder isn't firing and it's burned up or something to that effect. It's an 09 xb12ss with 1500 miles on it! Anyone else had this before? They don't know the cause of it and haven't started to work on it yet so i will find out more next week but can i expect this to be covered by my warranty at least? Not the way I wanted to end a hectic week :(

I had my front not firing on my 09 Scg and for me it turned out being a faulty ECM so now there is a brand new ECM in it changed under warranty and according to the tech it's all good. I will know how good it is when I take it out on the 9th of May when I'll be back home.
