My STT hybrid

Just doing a log type ongoing post on my STT and all the changes that I do to it.

Here it is when I bought it.

had a showyomoto air box, D&D with tune, K&N filter and SS seat on it.

Had a broken exhaust head bolt, had to get the Jim's tool plate and drill it out ($99 @ ASB) then put in helicoil in.


Had an old HD battery that was not holding a charge so I picked up an Odyssey PC545 and modded the stock battery tray to fit. Flipped the terminals around and changed the stock strap to fit (I'll have to look for pic's)

Ceramic coated my headers (myself), Full 50-dro protection, RSS and heat shield, Uly foot pegs/rear brake/MC/line along with Ducati monster mirrors!
(also caught a bird)



DDM 55W 5000K HID's intalled with direct wiring to the battery (no pic's sorry)

Custom catch can instead of the typical breather re-route option.


Took some Orange reflective rim tape and did some pin striping to the wheel/shield and air box.

Lots of little things I did was the 08+ clutch line bracket to keep the line from the headers, Amsoil fluid, led turn signals, Pirelli scorpion trails from the stock sync's, all balls bearings in the wheels, plasti-dipped the fork protectors, and my favorite, Solid brand BMX "grim reaper" death grips!

There were two birds that came head on at my helmet on a spirited canyon ride, one went up the other went down and flew right into the RSS! I think I did 170ish miles that day and it was still stuck like that when I got home.
