In regards to the 18650 batteries: what kind do you use and how do you build a battery out of them? any good resources? im intrigued.
Also, how was it wiring all the motogadget stuff in? i want to go that route but it is PRICEY! lol
Looking sick man!
So I've been working on the exhaust for this bike.

Did you ever get to just about where you're going and wonder "Do I really want to do this?" What does everyone think?
I think it'll be cool if you go one step further and have a good artist airbrush the sh#t out of the whole bike and make it look like some "Deathrace" apocalypse mad max looking thing with fake rust and rivets and all that good sh#t!!
That fake mini gun thing has been played out by the busa crowd. So has the whole apocalypse thing.
I think the tail is a little too stubby.
But it's not my bike. It's yours.
So whatever your vision is, keep going with it and make it YOURS.
Make it something other than a catalogue custom.
Anyone can bolt crap onto their bike.
Nicely done! I love the ingenuity and uniqueness of your build. Keep up the good work.
It would be amazing if you could mount the guns up where the airscoops are and then somehow make them into the airscoops! maybe if you could make them spin like gatling guns they could be made to draw enough air in? Ok i will change my medication now! Lol
I've decided to go for more of a super moto look.

I've given up on the Gatling Gun exhaust for now. They just looked to big for the bike. Over the weekend I welded up some headers. They're nothing special. I'm going to do some kind of side exhaust pipe. Ground clearance is now the primary mission on the bike.
I also picked up some triple trees from an 08-09 Ulysses. They're different in that they allow a tighter turning radius.
I'm on the hunt for some City X bars. I know about any 7/8" bars will fit. But I like using Buell parts.

I haven't touched this bike in well over a year. Nicholas was on the right track. I've wanted to put some Continental TKC80 on here forever. I found a local guy with a new set he wanted to get rid of. So, it got new shoes today!
