I have a factory Buell "tank" bag for sale. Fits all XB and 1125 models. May even fit the new EBR models as well, but not positive on that.
This bag is mint, and has less than 200 miles on it with zero sun fading. Only issue with the bag is that the T shaped strap that connects the bag to the rear of the tank was lost.

Seeing how the straps are adjustable, I am pretty sure it will fit on a 1190. If you have a 1190 and are serious about buying the bag, I can bring the bag into work and try to fit it on a RX.
Feel free to shoot me an offer if you think the $90 asking price is too much. I figure this bag is worth over $125, if it was complete, since it is mint. It wouldn't take much to find a buckle with strap to fit and sew up a T section that will bolt on. You could also just find a strap that fits and wrap it around a solid attachment piont under the front of the seat.
