Well last week I put the bike on the dyno to see what it would make. The battery had come loose in the bracket and rubbed a whole in it over time. While no the dyno the battery grounded itself to the frame instantly frying the regulator and battery. So new ce605sb regulator and new motydesigns battery was ordered. Got all the parts and finished the install today. Took it for a 10-15 mile ride today to make sure it was charging as normal and all is good. Never seen it below 13.8 or any higher than 14.3v. I took it for a ride without the rear tail and airbox on and let me tell you they things are nutless with out the airbox.. too much air and she just falls on her face.. I decided to mount the ce605sb up front and down low. I have seen a few different location mounts and I just wanted to make sure it would stay as cool as possible. This is what I ended up with and btw the engine coolant temp was also about 5-10 degrees cooler thank normal. And it was about 92 degrees today.

this is how I test rode it..
mount location..
under the tail.
and all back together..
