I have downloaded the service manual, the parts manual and the electrical manual. What I don't have is the stupid owners manual. I have figured out 75% of the display interface but, HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU SET THE STUPID CLOCK? LOL.

Cycle through to the clock screen then hold both buttons down until the clock flashes. One button changes the time the other is the enter button.

I'm pretty sure that's how its done. I set a clock on a CR back in 09 and remember it being easy.

FYI: Even though Buell's website is defunct, you can still browse the manuals that Buell used to have online by going to archive.org.

For example, here is the section on Controls and Indicators for 2005 Lightning models, which shows how to set the stupid clock:
    2005 Lightning Owner's Manual

It's hit or miss for some models and years, but you might get lucky!

okay, got the clock set (24HR time like a good Jarhead) and, OMG, I had never managed to get into SERVICE MODE before. There is all kind of settings, time, clock 12/24 mode, pin (what is pin?), theft (what is the different modes of this?). :D
