Buying another buell.

Well I've decided to buy another buell, since I sold my last one back in 2011. I had a 2009 xb12r I purchase almost new and spent about $6500. I found 2009 xb12ss with 10,500 miles with alot of preferred mods. What would you guys say a good buying price on this bike would be?

asking...advertised...what i'd like to have....suggested retail....book price.......mostly all bull**** used only by insurance and DMV people. perhaps guideline below will help YOU decide what YOU should pay for it.

I bought my 2006 xb12ss for $4,300 2 years ago. Bought it with 23,000 miles on her with k&n filter, custom ECM, d&d exhaust, and breather mod.

No just a front exit exhaust "reverso"

I appreciate the help fellas, I decided to purchase the bike. Paid $5K with 10500mile on her. I live in Charleston SC and drove up to Knoxville TN to pick it up. Dude was super cool, hooked me up with 2 new tires, 2 stock exhaust and all the stock parts. I'm stoked to have a buell again. The exhaust on the bike now is a free spirit pipe. I haven't seen that pipe online lately.
