Reply With Quoteyour throttle wasnt closed all the way when you reset it, or you set the idle too high afterward. Easiest fix is to try and turn the idle down a bit and see if the problem goes away.
I did my first t.p.s. reset this weekend with ECMDroid everything is good except for once the bike gets hot the rpms hang at about 2k when I pull in the clutch it stays there for 5 to 7 seconds before idling down I am pretty sure that I didn't change any settings while doing the reset. 03 9s stock except for some small ports in the airbox about to hit 15k

If you reset it properly and you're still having this issue...check for intake leaks at the flange seals.
That's a symptom of gone seals.
