Your title says 2nd day but you keep saying 3hrs.. which is it. If you can't/won't fix it sell it asis to someone who will take care of it and knows what they are doing. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you didn't have a problem you bought and and I hope you did test drive it. That being said, if there was a problem with the bike you would have noticed then. Your cable may very well be shot and can't be adjusted to where it needs to be, or the clutch needs replacing.

^ It will do this if the ignition is on, it has already primed and the engine is bumped over. I think the purpose is so you can bump start it. The sensor picks up engine rotation and energizes the pump circuit. That said, if you have the clutch pulled in, in gear, and this scenario happens, you have a clutch that is not disengaging. I'm not bashing you per-se', but I seriously doubt you got 'screwed' intentionally. Yeah....it sucks. But....**** happens. Listen to what the guys on here tell you...many have MUCH experience and knowledge. You said you adjusted the clutch. First.....buy or download the manual for your bike. Pull the derby cover off and adjust that end of the clutch after backing off the cable. THEN adjust your cable. At the point where you pull the derby cover off, you will tell if the tang on the cover broke. If so, read up and get the kit from the guy on here. If it isn't broken, and it still isn't working as it should, start looking at the clutch assembly. My guess is the tang broke...
