Tough spill. Take it easy in recovery.

Doc tell you what type of plates/screws he used?

3.5 months later, still sucks. Started walking again now about 2 weeks ago, can get around in the office without a crutch but anything over 50-75 feet starts to bring the suck.

Rode a supermoto about a week ago. That felt nice. Can't reach the left peg on the EBR yet.

Sorry to hear that kind of news, I can relate. When I was 40 I was still riding dirt bikes pretty strong and kinda came up short on a 50 ft. double I had jumped a million times, broke both ankles at once. Eight weeks in wheelchair, six months outa work. Thank God I had AFLAC. not a ad, I just got the accident policy about a year before, saved me from losing my house-not joking. I recommend this to anyone riding anything. I hope all goes well in your recovery. I ended up with 9 screws and 3 pins between the 2 ankles. I don't have a dirt bike any more , only my Buell Uly, hope I don't go down on that, not goin' there. Good Luck.
