Nice thread! those plastics are going to be SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK!!!!! Cant wait to see them!
I decided i should do a build thread for the cr.. i have done a few things so far. bew mirrors, k and n, had a hmf exhaust but i cut it down, added different turn signals to the front and rear, also added some LED lights to the pods, some custom wheel stripes on, also made a custom steering damper, added hids, custom levers. thats about it so far.. the plastics are out for paint right now.. custom painted by buellybagger. the color will be cadillac pearl white with a satin clear.. it is very close to a ducati satin finish.. here are some pics.

can you say more about the custom steering damper, more pics...
I got a regualar fork bracket for a steering damper off motorcycle superstore.com and just made a custom L shaped bracket and mounted it to the bolt that holds the horn.. Got a universal 7 way steering damper from ebay and this is what i ended up with...
cool, easy clean set up...what did it set you back on evilbay?
i think it was like 40 bucks.. its jsut a cheap one from china.. they work great though... just enough to keep from getting wobbles and high speeds feel smooth,... same set up i had on the xb12s
where did you get your fork mount for the stabilizer. i was looking at them on amazon and they have the 330 mm with 7 way adjustments but i cant find a mount to mount it to my forks
Judging by his previous post, I think he bought one of these.
Very Nice! I'm a fan of CR's
i got the clamp from motorcyclesuperstore.com but they dont have them in a 56mm clamp and thats what the buell forks are..so i go the 54mm and i had to put it on a lathe and make it a little larger.. also icecold i think you may need a little longer one depending on your application.. i cant turn the bars all the way to the right because my damper is too short. so parking it is kind of a b.. but just as long as i am able to lock the forks im fine. i think mine was a 330mm or maybe a 360mm.. just measure and then use a converter to see.. meausure twice buy once..
