How many time does it take to rotate the engine?
I'm really taking my time...I'm at 3 hours and probably have 30 minutes until it's rotated. Guessing 2 to put it back.
I'd imagine you could do it in 3 hours total if youve done it before. I've never ripped into it this far so I'm learning as I go and enjoying it.
I would like manual I have an 0912SS abd need to rotate mine to replace the headers! That's after I get my new one ceramic coated and it will be my first time going into the bike as well! Hope it's not as hard as it seems! Dosent sound like you are having that much trouble!!
It's actually fairly easy, just take your time. I posted a link to the download on the Buell xb Facebook page. Won't let me post it here because the link is over 60 characters.

Just did this a weekend or so ago to replace some intake gaskets(yes i know you dont need to but i wanted to because im not the original owner). yeah that little bolt is pain man. everything else is pretty straight forward.
I didn't take the tps sensor off. I started at it for like an hour then realized that near the sensor itself, the individual wires ruining to the plug (08 model has a plug in) are small enough to wiggle through the opening. Hopefully that makes sense and saves someone a bit of time
