Wasn't happy with the bottom so I re shaped it.

Cut the clamp slits with my little portaband. Should have used a slitter on the mill but didn't have the proper sized one.
Top triple is about done. I may add some radius to the outer clamp edges but that's all I've got left to do. What do you guys think?
Looks damn good. I'd pay for one. I appreciate the documentation also. Looking forward to the rest of this build.
From what I can tell this is all milled manually?
I assume you are using the 7075 Al for this also? Just curious but where do you get your materials?
This piece is 6061. I didn't have a large enough piece to make this from 7075, I wish I did. Overall the clamp is 1.800" tall.
I get most of my material from the scrap yard actually. Sometimes it is dificult to identify the alloy.
This clamp was done 100% on a cnc machine, but about 1/3 of the work was manual.
The rearsets I'll make next, they will be 7075. They will also feature adjustable foot pegs. I'm about to start drawing them up.
I'll post more documentation shots if you like.

So trick dude. do you actually own a cnc?
