    Yes and yes. Fender bolts were locked in and broke off. Re tapped those.

    It doesn't look like it. Visually the axle and fork threads look fine. But the manual says to torque at 40ish lb ft. I was way over 80 just tightening it.

    Honestly, if they aren't that bad, then just chase them and retap.

    Turned? Everything looks straight, rode it around the block and seems fine.

    If hole are not perfect across from each other, then they'll bind up simulating a cross thread.

    Also, whenever I remove my axle, I take the pinch bolt right out.

    Are you using pad lifts under the bottom of the forks to lift? If so that could be why it isnt going in straight.

    Nope, triple stand with a pin.
