What does everyone have for grips?

Had to cut the left one off my stock bars to get the levers off.

Robbed my BMX bike for the time being.

Do metal grips get really hot in hot weather?

I run Driven D3 grips and the aluminum has never been hot to the touch. I do live in CA though and not somewhere like AZ.

I also have a more aggressive dainese glove (overall protection,, carbon knuckles, palm slider, etc).

The colors do tend to fade over time, just a heads up.

I use Renthals, all "rubber" with excellent grip. I never understood why people use hard, slippery metal grips. Especially when you nail the throttle above four grand! Maybe I am just gettin' old!

I have the heated grip setup for the XB's ... Soooo ... I'm kinda stuck with that until they either break or I get tired of em ..... and with this cold weather I've been riding through in the past few days, I don't see that happening anytime soon !! ... lol :D
