Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the O-rings for the fuel pump? A friend replaced the fuel filter and didn't change O-rings and now I have a leak. Trying to get this taken care of this weekend but HD can't get new ones in till Tuesday next week. My weeks are slammed and want to be able to ride. Not happy with my friend at the moment.

The outlet? Loosen it and adjust it to vertical, re tighten. My 9sx did that until I let the o ring settle again and got it tight.

Take yours off and go hardware store hunting. Match it up. Probably 1/4", 3/8" or 5/16.

I'm going on the hunt today and I will also check the outlet to see if that is problem. Its not a major leak and I haven't been able to see where the exact drip is coming from.

HD selling 'em as each, just ordered 2 from newcastlehd.com $4.99 each...pretty much anything that normally comes as a set, HD is selling as individual pieces

I found the leak tonight it is at bottom of fuel pump. So leak is definitely being caused by orings. Didn't get a chance to hunt for them today so I will be looking tomorrow. Hope to find some but this small town doesn't have many options.
