08 scg fork part #

I have been scouring the internet, and need to verify part numbers for new front forks for an xb12scg

I have J0122.3a8. Not sure if that is right

not sure of the last three digits of the part number, however the "J0122" is the right fork, left is "J0121"

Why are you buying new? I'm sure someone has a set used for sale at a decent price.

These are BLACK low forks. I not sure on the 03-08 silver forks though.

Jack bike up or hang it, unbolt tip triple, wheel & brake setup

Forks off the bike to replace. Service manual showed to just loosen a few bolts and a retainer ring.... Almost seems too easy

Question: Are all XB front axles the same? Anyone have a part number?


Also, I took my forks off -- if anyone wants to make me an offer on scg forks (I THINK the front axle threads are crossthreaded (they don't look it, but it feels like it when putting the axle in). Also, the front fender bolt holes have been re-tapped.
