WTF is the big deal, there are EBR rotors on eBay right now!!!
Idk how to copy and paste off my tablet. All I did was go on eBay and typed in ebr rotor and BANG they came up. That easy......they were like $269

No. Don't do that.
Bedding them (properly, as described in this thread) means NO, don't overheat them. The procedure is to gradually build up heat and let them cool completely. Any smoke and you are WAAAY over doing it.
There was no smoke with the slovakian rotor, no indication it was over heating other than discoloration. But perhaps an adjustment to the threads process concerning Buell rotors is needed? Who here has successfully used this bedding process on aftermarket rotors or for that matter OEM ones?
btw bad weather member Ross does have these rotors for sale at a much better price than ebay. Give him a little time to respond to your PM.
