midget: that is a fine vid and i commend you for taking the time to produce it and post it. let me add a few things to those tackling this job. don't know if you mentioned it in the vid:
1-refer to service manual for fork oil viscosity and DRY FILL quantity. don't over fill
2-when you remove the spring mark the top. it is the more tightly wound portion. mark it as it has to go back in same direction.
3-lightly coat the outside of each seal when installing. makes installation alot easier. then wipe clean.
4-outside of the tube must be nick free and squeaky clean during reassembly so as to not nick new seal.
5. all fork seals always installed with spring AWAY FROM ATMOSPHERE.....moulded printing side of seal to atmosphere.
