Thread: KICKSTAND SENSOR

    weird stuff here my bike is still running on one cylinder but a guy told me to tie off the kick stand sensor just to start eliminating things, well i cut the wires and with them tied together it will run the pump and start and with the wires apart it will still run the pump and start?? but when the sensor was hooked up everyonce and awhile it wouldnt let it start but it was a 50/50 thing im confused any idea bad gound on the bike??

    faulty sensor? i think 80% of the buell riders i know threw the sensor out anyway.

    Kick stand sensor? Are guys talking about the sensor that wont let you put your bike in gear with the stand down? My '05 doesn't have one. Never did as far as I know.

    WEIRD THING IS I CUT THE WIRES IF I WIRE THEM TOGETHER OR LET THEM HANG APART THE PUMP RUNS AND IT STARTS EITHER WAY AND IT SHOULDNT SO IM WONDERING IF THEIR A FAULTY WIREING PROBLEM SOMEWERE

    where is the kick stand sensor because my bike turns over but doesnt run..maybe this could be it!! thanks
