More Tires For The Uly

Hey folks,

In case you missed my thread in aftermarket parts;
Continental will be offering the new TKC70 tire in sizes to fit our bikes this late summer/fall.
So if you're in the market for new rubber and the TKC80 knobbie is a little too....knobbie, this will be a great compromise for us. They are calling it a 60/40 tire, which matches what I want next perfectly.:D

those tkc70's are a cool looking tire. I dont think i really need even that much offroadability though. Any one tried the Continental Conti Trail Attack 2???

This is great.

Now I have a question:
I found a set of the original Dunlop d616 new on ebay.
They look OK, and seller says he has keep them on warehouse. Still, this is 2005 rubber.
Part of me says not to buy them, and the other one is saying yes to see it on the original form.
What would you guys go for?

If the price is right, go for the Dunlops. I went through several sets of them on the 4 Uly's I've owned and they were very good tires.
