I had the exact same symptoms got a brand new battery. Got about 20 miles on down the highway and it starts bucking and running so rough. Eventually I lost 1 cylinders and was running on 1 cylinder till it died. Charged the battery up and it starts...but when I give it throttle it runs so rough. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I think I may have fouled the plug from blipping the throttle to keep the bike running. Also I think my voltage regulator is bad cause I slowly lost my lights, and then gauges.
