I run the stock setup on my '09 12R for a 180-200lbs rider, but with rear preload up one (at position 5 rather than 4) and compression/dampening up 1/2 turn (3/4 turns out each, rather than 1 1/4 ea)

I like the additional turn in that the setup provides, and it handles like a champ. Michelin Pilot Powers at the stock 36/42 F/R psi.

I'm sure if I took it to the track I could stiffen it up some while bringing the tire pressure down for grip, but for the street I'm happy with a little "give" while still being sharp.

    So.... what do you run?

Stock on my 09 12r but have thought about stiffening it up. I'm six foot and 160 pounds.

That sucks goose. How all is good?

I'm 6 foot, 200 lbs. I run a set up for a 220 lb riders. I prefer a stiffer ride. Keep your comments to yourself. ;)
