Nice try. This is the only response I have made to the situation. Now my money is held up in PayPal while my refund is pending. Wasted my time. First time I have ever paid for an item and then the seller requested more money.

He saw the "revised" price of $230 for both seats before he sent the payment, which was only to cover the shipping because I wouldn't be able to fit it into a smaller box. After he saw that message, he sent the original $210 and told me it was too late I had already agreed. 10 minutes after he sent the money to me I sent the money back. If paypal has held up the paypal payment received via paypal, I would recommend reaching out to paypal to see if paypal can help out with the paypal delay, as it seems to be on the paypal side.

I'm taking off the rack. So, comes with stock ECU and stock seats, no rack.
Rear brake doesn't work because the reservoir cap fell off (no idea how) and the fluid is gone (saw this when I pulled off the seats). New cap on order.
