If anyone wants to buy my motorcycle I can sell it for 13000-14000 USD. But remember, you'll buy PITA, fixing all this stuff is on yours. Even if you will be able to fix this it probably won't work well long time. If I were in your place I would not buy this motorcycle or any Buell.

I do my work pretty accurately, so I won't make it worst.

I even clean the mating surfaces and gaskets multiple times and handle the parts with clean gloves while assembling the intake.

The washers UNDER the intake flanges are a sign of something NOT right!

    His intake flanges are warped.
They need to be machined to be perfectly flat or the intake seals will not seat properly.
No matter what type of seals you use.

The washers will do nothing but exacerbate the intake leak.

    But WTF do I know.
    I'm not an engineer.

The flanges are warping with those blue gaskets and are not capable to squeeze them, that is why I use the washers. I measured the necessary thickness to offset the flanges so they will squeeze the blue gasket just enough but not to be bended around the gasket significantly.
