I have owned an 04 xb12r for a year now, I love the bike great power but I am wanting to get more out of it. I would like to do the 90ci big bore kit, i was wondering if anybody has any info on things that can be done to beef up the lower end and any info on bigger cams, the tunning etc. I want the bike to have some longevity to it so I'm assuming beefing up the lowering is a must. Any help would be awesome thanks

Darkhorse Crankworks, in my opinion, will be the best option. Expect to pay for quality.

Email Hammer Performance and follow their instructions..... Search on here and Badweb for experiences of other people. You are looking at spending a fair amount as this would be a complete rebuild.

if you do the 90in kit, got with the axtell iron cylinders. they help keep the strength in the spigots where the cases have to be machined.
