WTB lightning complete tail or trade my firebolt tail for lightning

I have a 2007 firebolt that I want to do a tail swap on. Looking to buy or trade for a complete tail

Is it complete? Can I just bolt it on and go, besides the broken tail light?
Would you sell it without the seat?

I'd really like to keep it together.. Plus its already boxed up.. But I did put a brand new tail light in the box and yeah its both rails,the tail piece, plastic bottom piece, latch, and seat.
