Fellas, need some insight..1st i did the mold to run both lights (hi/low) then i install the hid kit. Lo/hi works when bike is on position. BUT when i start the bike, the lo goes off and my hi works..wtf? Am i missing something here?

You did the high low mod wrong. You did it by switching the pins in the white connector instead of soldering a wire between 12v supply and low beam wire in the high low switch pigtail.

In all honesty the white connector mod should be avoided and removed from this site as a recommended mod.
